Founded in 2006, Cool Kids Campaign has carried out its mission to directly impact children fighting cancer. While deciding on our foundation's name, we kept in mind that kids are kids, healthy or sick. Every kid wants to feel "cool" even when they don't feel well!

As we decide how to best designate dollars to help kids with cancer, our decisions are based on whether our campaign's actions will directly affect children. We aim to distract them – at least for a while – while they are fighting for their lives.

• Cool Kids Family Support Fund - provides monetary aid to families who are experiencing financial distress due to their child's diagnosis.
• Cool Kids Connection - a one-of-a-kind newspaper published quarterly to give kids and families a chance to connect with others journeying through cancer. The Connection is sent to over 150 hospitals nationwide that treat pediatric oncology.
• Cool Kids Care Packages - gift boxes sent directly to children at home, filled with the child's favorite toys.
