Show support for those living with cancer through the Cool Kids Campaign Cancer Fears Me Designated Patient Fundraising. We recognize the severe financial impact of cancer. So we decided to use our Cancer Fears Me slogan as a way for you to raise money for yourself. A ready made fundraiser! This way you and/or your group of supporters don't need to put together bull roasts and other time consuming fundraisers. Just fill out the verification form and get your doctor or other caregiver to sign it and you are all set to start receiving monthly commission checks.

Designated Patients can use the monthly checks we send them for any financial needs they have. There are no restrictions on what the funds are used for. And there is no limit on how much can be raised for you.

You can request catalogs to distribute to friends and family or they can order online. Or both. Whatever works best for each person. As long as the order has the correct Designated Patient number we will send the checks to whomever you are raising the money for.

It's easy…

1. Confirm that your "Designated Patient" is registered with us. If not, we'll send you (or them) a verification form. Once we receive their verification we will assign them a Designated Patient number. We only need one verification form per patient. If we already have it, we will just give you their number.
2. Fill in the patient's name and their Designated Patient fundraising number on the order forms.
3. Distribute catalogs and order forms to friends and family.
4. Purchasers can return orders directly to Cool Kids Campaign (make sure patient number is included) or collect and send in forms yourself.
5. Orders will be shipped to each customer – no need to sort and deliver!
6. Cool Kids Campaign sends 25% of every sale directly back to the Designated Patient.
